Injector Cleaning - Our Services
Petrol injector cleaning standard service:
- Electronically tested, inspected and degreased upon receipt.
- Attempted repair to seized or stuck injectors where possible
- Stripped of old micro filter, spacer, o-rings and pintle cap (where serviceable parts are available)
- Ultrasonically cleaned (including submersive pulsation)
- Flow tested and if necessary, further ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing
- Observed for faults during cycle (leak testing)
- Back washed and dried to ensure no cleaning fluid or contaminates remain within the injector
- Electronically tested
- Rebuilt using new micro filters, o-rings, spacers and pintle caps (where available)
- Packaged using bubble wrap and food grade resealable bags prior to dispatch
- Returned to customer with service report using priority postage insured up to £500 (unless extra insurance is required)
Mechanical Diesel injector cleaning standard service:
- Inspected, tested for spray pattern, 'pop' pressure and flow rate
- Disassembled and degreased with any loose corrosion removed
- Ultrasonically cleaned in a hot solvent solution to remove all sludge and grime
- Nozzle de-coked and cleaned
- Nozzle and internals ultrasonically cleaned as previous in a seperate tank
- Flushed, dried and reassembled
- Tested for new spray pattern, 'pop' pressure and flow rate
- Customer informed if new nozzle is needed (supplied and fitted at an additional cost)
- Lubricated and securely packed prior to dispatch
- Returned to customer using priority postage insured up to 500 (unless extra insurance is required) along with service report if necessary
Common Rail Diesel injector cleaning standard service:
- Inspected and tested for continuity
- Disassembled and degreased with any loose corrosion removed
- Ultrasonically cleaned in a hot solvent solution to remove all sludge and grime
- Nozzle de-coked and cleaned
- Nozzle and internals ultrasonically cleaned as previous in a seperate tank
- Flushed, dried and reassembled
- Lubricated and securely packed prior to dispatch
- Returned to customer using priority postage insured up to 500 (unless extra insurance is required) along with service report if necessary
Idle control valve standard service:
- Electronically tested, inspected and degreased prior to cleaning
- Ultrasonically cleaned
- Electronically tested with further ultrasonic cleaning if necessary
- Emptied of all cleaning fluid, dried and lubricated
- Packaged in a food grade resealable bag prior to dispatch
- Returned to customer using priority postage insured up to 500 (unless extra insurance is required) along with service report if necessary
